SSL Certificates

Many older browsers and EMail applications do not have the most recent Certificate Authority (CA) certificates installed. This can be an annoyance, especially with Microsoft products which continually prompt you if you trust the Certificate Authority in question.
The SSL certificate that we use at Cube Host currently is a wild-card certificate which applies to all of our machines and services. However, it is issued by an authority which is more recent that some software. This is easy to fix, simply download the CA Certificate and install it on your system. If your browser doesn't prompt you to install the certificate when you click on the link, save it to disk. Once on disk you can either double click on it to install the certificate or use your browser's certificate import to install the certificate into your browser.

If you are still having problems with SSL after installing the certificate, please contact tech support.
